This is a 3D printed hinge inspired by this article in Make magazine. I'm not sure how it would hold up in constant use but it would be excellent for wrapping around a curved surface or for building a box-like structure in one piece. You can see my prototype in action here. To use the jscad file go to OpenJSCAD.org and drag the file onto the screen. You may have to enable WebGL in your browser.
