Descrição
This is my new 4GB USB Memory ... Android!
This thing is designed around a 4GB Kingston USB Stick cause it is cheap. Maybe others work too, but i've only experience with this one.
My printed parts fitted quite good, but maybe thats just on my machine. Feedback would be great!
Made with Freecad and Blender.
If you make one, please send me a picture... i love pictures ;)

Instruções
I've put up a picture for every step, so this shouldn't be to hard.
1 - You will need a Kingston Data Traveler G3 USB Stick. This one is the 4GB Version but others should work too. Printed Parts: 1x Holder(Holder.stl), 1x Body and Head.
2 - First you need the USB Memory Stick.
3 - Open it. I used my Dremel like tool and a screwdriver to crack it up. Take care
not to destroy the electonics!
4 - Get your printed Memory Holder.
5 - Put the Electronics in it. I used a Hot glue gun to fix the electronics onto the holder.
6 - Take your Android's Body and put the Holder in it. This can be tricky cause the Parts are designed to fit tight. Use a Dremel or other tools if you can't get it in. Best to try this without electronics first!
7 - Body fully assambled.
8 - Take your Android's head and put it on the Body to complete him!
9 - Have fun with him!
PS: I am not responsible if you Break your USB Stick!
