Modular support for large Graphics cards. The custom thread design allows 1.5 mm adjustments every 1/8th turn. When used with the base it has a support range of 6 to 9 inches.

Stack_Jack_V2.dwg – a complete set of all the parts for Stack Jack, including an extension, copies of the connectors, and a copy of the original thread profile.

S-J_INT_ADJ_SLV.stl - the top portion that screws into both versions of the EXT_ADJ_SLV.

S-J_*_V2.stl files are not interchangeable with the other parts because the dimensions of the connectors are different.

Design specifics: Stack Jack uses a custom thread design that has peaks and valleys to enable increments of 1.5 mm that will not shift due any vibration but will turn freely with little effort. (A copy of the original thread profile is included with Stack_Jack_V2.dwg.)

The parts for Stack Jack were specifically designed for a small printer. Both of the adjustment parts can easily be modified for larger printers, using a section with a length that is a multiple of 12 mm..

Some of the files have a small ring that was used to increase the area of the raft during printing and reduce the chance of failure to stay attached to the print bed.
