I wanted to make a Kraken miniature for the D&D game I run and didn't feel like any of the models available felt quite right. This combines the head of mz4250's Kraken model and the tentacles it uses with a conch shell for a more monstrous, ancient feel as well as couple other kinds of tentacles (both models by notcolinforreal) for variation in appearance.

Please note, the mini is not scaled for 1"x1" grid use and will need to be scaled accordingly if you want to use it for play on such.
