How to handle/carry a big and havy cardboard box, that´s not equiped with it´s own handles? Maybe you will like this answer to that question. The box handle part is able to bite itself into a cardboard box and so offers ergonomic handles for carrying.

• open the box handle
• pierce box handle with it´s top teeth through top of cardboard box
• shut box handle by turning the handle element and by that way pierce with it´s side teeth the side wall of the box
• lift box
• remove box handle after use and use again for other cases

look at the cross section detail for better understanding of right designed hinges => gap width 0.25 -0.35mm, reduce journal bearing surfaces to a minimum necessary to carry the load to enable loosening of elements and removal of loose powder. To keep it cheep, use as less volume you can. Create sections hollow, if possible, use wall thicknesses down to 1mm, 2mm is yet very strong.
