AsterMax Delta printer extended volume extra solid frame

AsterMax delta 3D printer designed for simple assembly, use and maintenance in mind.

I am continuously updating the parts lists below.

The printer build uses 2020 and 2040 aluminum extrusions to keep the low cost while building a solid and simple design printer.

The current size is for a Ф300x820-850mm build volume.

Using 2020 and 2040 T-slot extrusions is a requirement, otherwise, the parts will not fit!!

A list of all the parts needed to complete the build are below and updated weekly.

Plastic parts for print: 1 x of each XYZ lower vertex (PLA) 3 x Upper vertex (PLA) 3 x top bearing guide (ABS) 3 x limit switch holder (ABS) 3 x T-slot slider (ABS) 3 x Aluminum pipe slide for multi head effector (Print the parts with low print speed ) (ABS) 1 x Effector set ( finished for just genuine e3d v 6 to fit as I want to swap hot end-laser-engraver ) (ABS) 1 x Effector set with slides for Traxxas joints if you just need it as 3D printer (ABS)

I use ABS for some of the parts as I am planing to add integrated printer enclosure with heating control for printing big parts from ABS.
