Inspired by the tin can bird house, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:20851, I thought, I`d like a birdhouse in my tree.

I have a Thing-o-matic, some plastic, and I`m not afraid to use it, so here is my bird house.

As I'm limited a bit by the build platform, the house is quite small, but the entrance hole is suitable sized for blue tits ( from the RSPB website) and it has a drain hole at each corner.

Print the box, and then the lid.

The box has four holes in the back through which cable ties can be threaded.

Get ladder, climb tree, tie box to tree and clip the lid on.
