gumball machine

Materials:
Print (1) of each STL file. Print base with support material. My settings were .4 nozzle, .4 infill, layer height .2.
(1) piece of plexiglass for the window 5 3/4" x 3 5/8"
(1) flexible vinyl fabric 1 1/8" x 6"
brass rods:
(1) 1 1/2" long x 1/4"
(1) 3 1/2" long x 1/4"
(1) 3" long x 1/4"
(1) 1 1/2" long x 1/8"
(3) 1/4" wheel collars
(2) 1/8" wheel collars
(1) wood base 11x7x3/4"

Glue the receiver to the base; lining up the right hand side. I used acetone and ABS mixture. Glue the vinyl to the slide triangle and the inside left wall of the base. See pictures. Glue brass rods to the hubs (place the long rod thru the hubstand first! I drilled the handle and the hubstand with a 19/64" drill bit to make them spin easily. Add wheel collars and line everything up before screwing to the wood base. Add gumballs and top. I put rubber feet on the wood base.
So far the abs glue is working fine. If the hubs break loose, then the brass rods may need to be pinned to the hubs.
