This is an updated version of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:190293

In the previous version the bearings some time were pushed down too far and got stuck. This version now has pins that press in to the chassis and engage the inside ring of the bearing.

Other hardware required for this:

• 4 scooter/skateboard bearings
• PVC pressure pipe with a ID of 17.5 mm. (DN 15 / NPS 1/2)

Update: Added a taller version of the chassis. Smaller spools like that fro Taulman will fit better with the tall chassis.

1. Print out the parts.
2. Press the scooter bearings into the adapters. They won't go all the way in, I have designed it so that they stick out 1 mm (so the adapter doesn't rub against the chassis).
3. Cut off 105 mm of pipe * 2.
4. Put the adapters on the end of the pipe.
5. Put the rollers onto the chassis. Use the pins to hold them in place.
