Descrição
Borrowed the raspberry case from DotNetWorker, but since I havn't had much luck printing snap fits in PLA, my lid is designed to be taped or glued in place.
This is a case for the zero which fits an off the shelf powered usb hub, that most people should be able to get, for now :P
I've used an amazon basics powered hub : https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E0NH7DQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Assembly Guide:
Step 1 : Take the hub apart, be careful not to snap off the delicate components insdide
Step 2 : Cut off the usb plug about 5mm off the board, we won't need it, just leave enough to see the colors of the wires.
Step 3 : Solder PP22 to the backside of the usbhub where the green wire goes in (USB D+) : Solder PP23 to the backside of the usbhub where the white wire goes in (USB D-) : Solder PP1 to the backside of the usbhub where the red wire goes in (USB +) : Solder PP1 to the TopSide of the usbhub where the powerplug goes in, the positive pin is the pad at the edge of the board which connects to the center pin on the plug (measure it to be sure) : Solder PP6 to the backside of the usbhub where the black wire goes in (USB -)
You can find a few guides on how to do the above in great detail if you google a bit.
