This Pull-String Nutcracker Ornament features completely movable arms and legs, with just a pull of a string, the arms and legs fly up!

The creative and intricate design prints easily on a 3D printer and people will be amazed when this beautiful and fun ornament is seen hanging on a tree.

The model is completely functional, only needing a few pieces of string to pull it together.

All models were made on SolidWorks 2013

This model was printed on a Prusa i3 with 3mm PLA filament

 Printing Instructions:  

-I used slight rectilinear infill for all pieces- it helps keep the tops nice and clean, but any infill will work fine.
-All objects print laying down, minimal bridging.
-The head will need support material for the peg hole, but other than that there is no need for any support material
-Strings can be cut to length and tied together at the bottom

 Assembly Instructions:  

-Watch the video that is included, it explains things very well.
-String is tied through the small holes in each arm and leg.
-The pegs on the body correspond to the large holes on the arms and legs.
-The strings are wound down through the center of the body
-The top body is glued to each round peg, not the head peg.
