Yet another design I can't test until I get my 3d printer (paid for and waiting .....). Any advice is welcome.

If you compare the two wireframe mesh images you'll see one has many extra points. This model was made from combining two identicle models. The dyna version is the result of converting the model into a dyna mesh model in Zbrush, making the two models one. The dyna version has less detail, and might, and I'm guessing here, print better and faster by not having all those duplicate points.
