I have repaired many macbook power supplies (magsafe). The cable is broken because it is often wrapped in bad way: often too tight.
I created this spool / cable reel for winding the wire and prevent breakage.

Instruções

I've designed my object with 123Design. It's a very long print: 6 hours.
You need a RAFT and internal support.
