I've noticed that there are alot of Google Android related stuff on Thingiverse (G1 docks and such) so I have 3D modeled the lovable Google Android so that all of you Google fans may print and display your commitment to the open source smartphone movement! (Or print it just for kicks... I'm actually a Iphone user Sigh.) Anywho, here it is!

PS: If you haven't figured it out, the Google Android Guy is a logo created and shared by Google. My 3D model is a 3D reproduction of the logo and is shared with the world according to the terms described in the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License as defined by Google. http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

1. Fire up the 3D printer!

2. Print out head. (Be careful when printing out the Antennas, they tend to come out bent/sloppy/blobular)

3. Print out the body.

4. Print out both arms and trim the pegs on the arms down to size so that they fit snuggly into the holes on either side of the Android body. (A little super glue would probably not be a bad idea (Just in case.)

5. Place head on top of body, return Android in upright position and prepare for landing.

6. Celebrate and display proudly! :)

Bonus step for awesome people: Take a picture of your Android and upload it to Thingiverse!
