Title says it all, it's an arbor press. From using a standard weight scale i can get about 50-55lbs of force, i could probably get more but im not able to hold it down good enough to were it doesn't pull into itself rather than just push down on the scale, little hard to explain that but hopefully you understand what i mean lol. Comment any questions and i'll try to to give the most accurate answer. recommendations also appreciated.

Just from messing with it and testing its limits, its most certain the weak point is where the top of the base and the "arm" meets.

Also this was all printed with pla (except for the handle connector in abs) at a 0.3 layer height, 3 shells, and 25% infill! I would assume if you used abs,a thinner layer height, more shells, or even more infill you'd be able to get a stronger press.

The actual gear rack is from someone else's design that i scaled up a bit to fit my pinion gear. Unfortunately i haven't been able to find it to credit/link them.

The hole in the gear rack was intended for attachments and uses a 1/4 bolt. Although i havent gotten around to making them.

DISCLAIMER: I am in no way an engineer, i'm sure that there are structural flaws that i'm not able to notice because i don't have the knowledge.

Overall dimension of arbor press (not including gear rack sticking out) is 119x88.50x149mm I'll try my best to list parts required so here they are: 2- 5x100mm rods (1 for gearing, 1 for handle) You will need to cut/grind a couple flat spots onto 1 so that the pinion gear and the handles set screw has something to grab. As far as knowing where to place them, you can mark when its put together. I trust you can figure it out. 2- 625zz bearings 1- M3x20mm (or longer) screw and nut 4- screws for mounting 1- 17T pinion gear with 5mm shaft. Now this will probably be the more difficult part to find. This came from a pack i bought from this link https://goo.gl/z6luAh . Unfortunately they do not say what the pitch is so i cant say what it is. The diameter is 19mm.
