Bathroom shower head with small water jets. More than 100 jets hits your body gently. Print with 120% flow, min 20% infill. 100% is the best. Afterwards use a thin sharp needle to open clogged holes by sticking it into each hole once. It's diameter will determine your water flow, together with the pressure in your inflow pipe.
