After purchasing an IGNAS Nixie Clock kit on eBay I decided to design a printable case to enclose the PCB and also keep the high voltage safely out of reach. This case design should be adaptable for similar Nixie Clock designs. OpenSCAD source is supplied so it can be customised.

nixiecaseall.stl contains all the parts required for the case. It can be printed as a single plate on a Prusa Mendel or similar 3d printer. I printed with PLA but ABS and other materials should be possible. If using ABS bear in mind that it tends to shrink significantly so the model will probably need to be scaled so everything fits properly and the holes line up accurately with the switches and Nixie tubes.

To assemble insert a 25mm M3 screw in the bottom of each foot. The screw goes through the foot, then the case bottom, then the PCB, and then the top of the case. An M3 nut and washer on each screw holds the top and bottom part of the case together.
