A mechanical endstop holder for 8mm rods.

Customizable through open scad to any rod size.

I created this endstop holder because the classical prusa holder was interfering with the clamps for my Z leadscrews.

The holes are made for M3 screws but the scad file is provided with comments so you can adjust them to your needs.

Pro:

• smaller space used compared to classical prusa endstop holder
• perfect balance between rigid and elastic (at least for my parts printed in PLA)
• adjust to your needs, scad file provided
• faster print

Con:

• you have to mount the clamp to the rod before attaching the endstop.

I printed mine at 0.3mm layer height with 3 shells and 35% infill.
They work great.
