Modelo 3D Rostock Mini "Phoenix" Effector por base7 no Thingiverse

Descrição

This is a modified delta effector for the Rostock Mini. Due to the small size of this printer, it is difficult to find space on the effector for various accessories. I solved this problem in the following ways:

  1. Combined the platform and the jhead groove mount into a single part. This was primarily done to lower the jhead by a few millimeters to provide additional space below the platform, but it also serves to make the platform more rigid. Groove mount has a cutout to allow the jhead to be inserted from below and then slid into a locked position.

  2. Added a fan mount to accommodate a 30mm fan for the cool end.

  3. Added a z-axis autoprobe mount. This mount was placed below the platform because I kept running into clearance issues with the diagonal rods while trying to place it on the top side. The probe's rod must be kept very short as there isn't much clearance below the probe mount for the probe in the stored position.

The fan supports are very close to the nozzle/hotend. This should not be a problem as long as the fan is installed and moving a sufficient amount of air. I've run this up to 230C, and even with the effector printed in PLA, I did not have any issues. Just make certain that the jhead is rotated such that the heating block is square to the fan supports and not in direct contact. Thermal barrier tape can be used if there is concern.
