toy helicoptor I printed it at 160 mm long.
the center boss on the props is 10mm thick, drill the holes in the props 3.2 mm. print the props a different colour to the helicoptor.
eventually there will be 4 versions:
Harold the Helicoptor - print in white
Allan the Air ambulance - print in white
Fred the fire fighter - print in red
Peter the policeman - print in blue

tap out the 2 holes M3. then using an M3 x 20 screw with a washer fasten the props on.
