Here is a template to cut some eyeglass / sunglass frames from a laser cutter.

Instructions are based heavily on what you know about the laser cutter you have. We had to take several passes (5 passes @ 100% power / 4% speed) in order for the cut to go thru, and would check to see how deep the cut was using a roll of tape to try and pull up the glasses. We used a Baltic Birch plywood for this template which we have yet to set a glass lens into.
