For the dough: ============ 200g flour 2 eggs salt 1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix ingredients and knead well. Let rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 min and then roll the dough thin out. Turn the Ravioli Maker for cutting out the dough . Place some filling (fewer is much better! ) onto the dough and fold it carefully.

Place the finished ravioli simply in hot water ( not boiling ) for about 4-5 minutes..
