The typical wrap pipe in the Supermario Bros series. Originally it has a height of 65mm, but you can scale it down or up if you want :)

Update: I've uploaded a version with a passing hole through the pipe and a longer version of the pipe (100mm)

I printed the pipe upside down without support material. I have a fan that helped a lot on the printing the part where the printer prints "in the air" [Fan was at full speed]. I printed that specific part at 10mm/s approximately (at 190ºC) and it did not have any problem. I did it that slow so that way the PLA solidified quickly with the help of the fan so that way you don't need support.
I have not tried printing it the right way around,I thought this way would be better. If you do, please tell me what was the result!
