You shouldn't need support if you're cool. Ultimaker users, keep the knobs by the fan. That should help with cooling the overhangs. I think I printed with the "Standard" profile. It took somewhere between 0 and infinity hours.

I'd use some tight infill to keep it strong. I don't remember what I used, because NetFabb is awesome and doesn't include print information in the Gcode. Thanks NetFabb.
