Putting my laser pointers in my bag / pocket keep causing the button to be pressed and killing the battery. This guard should overcome this design flaw.

Print in the same color as the laser pointer.

After a bit of testing this for dim's to make sure it fits a common ~0.55" laser pointer shell, there is a Rev2 that has a lower height button surround for those with low profile buttons.

In fill and skin will control "spring" factor as you like.
If it need to be a bit smaller thermoform it to your housing.

Raft might not be needed, supports should not be needed.

Print it "sideways" with the ring in the layer / XY orientation.

Units are in inches so, 25.4mm = 1 inch
