This is my reel holder that can support different reel with hole sizes from 30-60 mm diameter.

Required Printed parts:

2 x Vertex top 4 x vertex bottom 2 x reel support

Required mechanical parts

34 x M8 washer 28 x M8 nut 4 x M8 wingnut 4 x 608zz ball bearing 6 x threaded rod M8 x 300 mm 3 x threaded rod M8 x 220mm

a) print the plastic parts b) press the ball bearings in the front and back of the reel supports c) assemble the sides d) assemble the bottom rods e) assemble the top rod with the reel supports and slide it into the top vertices. Make sure a washer is on both sides of the vertices. Use wing nuts to assemble the top rod.
