This was a simple case for the TextStar serial (RS-232) LCD module which was available from us until about 2015. It is no longer available but we'll leave the design here in case it is of any use to anyone. :-)

This has been tested on the RapMan 3D printer using Skeinforge. No special instructions other than that you may need to scale the part slightly to suit your printer. We noticed that on our RapMan we needed to account for about 0.7mm shrinkage in the design and this STL file takes account of that.
