Print the Base, Top & Bits separately in different colors, or use the print plate to print in one color. Using 1 extra shell on the "Top" STL will trim print time because of the overhangs. I added some detail to the rings on the base with a sliver paint pen. Assemble base, top and trim with acetone or glue. Pop steering wheel into place.

I've added two STLs formatted for dualstrusion. They are untested - please let me know if you use them successfully!
