I have only printed this in ABS with a 0.2mm layer height.

You may need to rotate the model 270 degrees so the the base sits on the build plate.

Supports are not required.

If printing on a Replicator you will need to scale down the model to about 70%.

I have only sliced this with Simplify 3D Creator -

0.2... layer height
0 .... layers for the top
3 .... layers for the base
1 .... outer shell

I have included a shelled STL in case you are unable to setup you slicing program to print without a top (Dandelion Vase - Shelled). The shell is 0.5mm thick.
