I made this thing in SketchUp. I also painted the blade part of it with a golden paint Sharpie. It takes about 30 minutes to print.

I made this in SketchUp by putting a 1/2 x 1/2" square, and then going to the middle of it and making another square. I kept doing this until I got the sword. I had to delete some lines and squares to make it look more like a minecraft sword.
