I saw one similar to this some time ago but the teeth were to close together and while it was a great idea it just did not work. I have designed a few Barbers combs in the past (for barbershop use out of sprint steel) and so I thought I would give this a try. After a few revisions I came up with this design that works pretty good.

It's not going to replace your home comb but when you are out and need a quick comb this will work and since it fits in a credit card slot in your wallet you will never be without.

I printed with a .35mm nozzle .2mm layer height. If the times don't fill in just tell your slicer the nozzle is slightly smaller so it thinks they will fit. In my case I changed the nozzle size to .30mm instead of .35mm and the tines filled in perfect.

You will likely need to run a file in between the tines just to clean them up a little. Or you could do a vapor bath if you print in ABS.
