According to the original designer, sunnaem, this battle axe would have belonged to a viking king or a warrior in a special branch in the royal army

This was taken from the Google Sketchup Warehouse and converted to a printable file using Sketchup8.

Print two of these and glue them together with the smooth side in. You should be able to scale it larger or smaller as desired.

For that best effect, paint the part that wasn't already the right color. I printed in silver, which looked pretty realistic after some cleanup, and painted the handle brown.

I drilled a hole in the handle so it could be used as a key chain, but that's totally optional.
