Simple Robocode Robot Explanation Model for Programming Lectures

From http://robocode.sourceforge.net/ : "Robocode is an Open Source programming game, where the goal is to develop a robot battle tank to battle against other tanks in Java or .NET. The robot battles are running in real-time and on-screen."

This model loosely resembles the robots shown in the graphical arena of Robocode, and can be used to show the robots movement and rotation capabilities.

We assume the robot in the game is 40x40x40 units (mm). You may want to upscale the STL files before printing the model, for example by 2 to get a 8x8x8 cm³ object, which is printable without support on most printers (you may have to rotate some of the pieces accordingly).

Customizing with OpenSCAD: Because of using OpenSCADs minkowski() function in order to get a smooth finish with no sharp edges, rendering takes a lot of CPU time for higher $fn resolutions.
