build your own drive chain with the parametric chain.scad script
or just use one of the exampels (test_chain.scad)

example 1

• easy assembly / disassembly but not really strong
• 35° overhang and 0.4mm gap make the print easy

example 2

• same like example 1 but with a snap_fit hinge (stronger)

example 3

• real strong chain but can not be decomposed

example 4

• same like example 3 but the first chain-link have a snap_fit hinge

example 5

• another easy assembly / disassembly chain hinge
• this chain is bigger then the other examples

• fits on example 1-4
• 9 teeth
• M4 hex_nut hole

example gear 2

• fits on example 1-4
• 20 teeth
• M8 hex_nut hole

example gear 3

• fits on example 1-4
• 8 teeth
• 5mm motor mount (need a M3 nut + screw to fix)

• fits on example 5
• 15 teeth
• M6 hex_nut hole

print the Drive Chain without support and solide infill

I print it out of ABS with a 0.5mm Nozzle and 0.27mm layer height
