I made this one for venting a closet, so its only 56 mm wide.
You can change the size and some other parameters by:
-Opening the scad file in OpenSCAD
-Change the parameters in the header of the script to your needs.
-Hit F6
-If your happy with it, export the design as STL
-Print...
