Working but work-in-progress solder paste extruder. This is part of the BambiPNP pick-and-place system for the Replicator 1 Dual and clones.

Design requirements were:

• 3d printing only (no laser cutting etc)
• Good tolerance of low resolution printer
• Few non-printed parts

The only non-printed parts required are:

• Nema 17 stepper motor
• 3x 100mm M6 roofing bolts
• 5x M6 roofing bolt nuts
• Standard 10cc syringes

It seems the nuts and bolts used are only common in the UK (although international shipping is free).

TODO:

• Add carriage mount
• Move stepper down so cable doesn't clash with printer case
• Adjust to take an XG Z40 syringe
• Adjust to use more standard 100mm M6 hex bolts?
