M3D SlimCD Door Hinge

This is a hinge for a slim CD jewel case that will attach to the M3D printer.

Print Settings: This was printed medium quality, medium fill, wave bond, raft, supports, and on model supports, rotated 45 degrees, and shifted slightly to fit on the print bed.

Note: "Slim" jewel case, not the standard size. I have not tested it with that size case.

This was inspired by someone on the M3D User Community FaceBook page that glued CD cases to his M3D.
