I broke the hinge on my urbanears headset, so i contacted urbanears. They instructed me to snap one ear off and cut the wire so it could 'never' be repaired. I got a new headset, but they said something that sounded like a challenge. So i hurried to my Cad program and designed a replacement for the hinge piece. So here it is !. All you have to do now is print it and get a new wire ! It should work with the little metal part that fit into the original.
