Modelo 3D MicroRos v1.0 por rosario3dprt no Thingiverse

Descrição

This is my design for a Mini 3D printer. Small and efficient with autobedleveling and may be equipped with dual bowden extruder or a double bowden in one extruder.

The X,Y and Z size are tunable changing rod length. Resolution: X & Y 0,01mm; Z 0,001mm

PAY ATTENTION!!!! This is still a work in progress so may be some pieces need to be redesigned.

At the moment I'm mounting it. I've already printed some basic pieces. I can work on it just few days at month so I can't update it quickly. I'll publish all my news when available.

Dec 16 2015 Uploaded new version v15. In this version I corrected the filament plug hole e introduced the MicroRos text on RAMPS cover.

Dec 18, 2015 Uploaded new version. Now is available a new cover for display Y and Z block for new bear belt accomodation. Introduced a spacer for Z and Y parts to set properly related distance.

Jan 9, 2016 (MicroRos_V21) I redesigned y-carriage. It's smaller and I introduced 4 block to fit glass so I don't have to use any clip. Adjusted both filament bowden. This new design fit in a better way (I printed the old one and work fine but it isn't really manageable for adjust filament by hand). Redesigned LCD support (and work also like stabilizer). Now is longer so printer is more stable. Next step is to reduce and rotate xcarriage. In this solution hotend is on the side and there is a wide printe area wasted. Redesigning xcarriage with extruder in the same direction of rod should be better.

January 12, 2016 I redesigned the x-ends of the printer and the hotend mount rotating it on X axe. Introduced also a cables accomodation to guide them on top of the printer. Redesigned hotend Installed "Solid inspector" on sketchup for fix lots of non-manifold parts. There are other parts need to be checked. Fixed and shifted the y-carriage to reduce wasted printeable area with new hotend mount kit. Corrected versioning series number. Now I'm in alpha developing so this new design is the version 1.0.24a

March 29, 2016 I printed all basic parts I needed to mount it. I posted some picture of it. There are some parts need to be corrected so I'm designing new versions (I'll publish it soon). I spent last weekend to mount and set the printer (lot of time was used for autobedleveling because is the first time I use it) and now all works fine. I already printed some model and some tuning need to be done but it works ;-) Next step is a better way for cabling the printer (now is really horrible to see like other prototype with all cable everywhere) and some fine tuning to raise printing quality.
