I've opened the mouth, added a tail and a, erm, convenient drainage hole.

Printed without support on a Replicator in white ABS using Makerware default "low" settings, 230 deg C & 90mm/s extrusion, platform 110 deg C. A pencil or Sharpie can be used to highlight the features.
