I often use herb grinders (like http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:20168) to get herbs to manageable sizes. I found myself using the kitchen counter or a square tray and it was always a pain to clean.

I created this herb tray with rounded edges so there are no corners for particles to get stuck in. I printed this version here and it worked great. I then added a an optional lip too, so pick the design that will work best for you.

Dimensions of the two options are very similar. After printing looks like the version with lip is a little taller, but skinnier.

Files are ready to print. The only thing to customize is the size of the tray (length and width), then I suggest turning off the ratio lock and editing the height.

I used a .20mm layer height, 15% infill, 230 degrees.
