For the indention setting, picking flush will print the outside face of the screen down on the surface of the printer. Picking recessed will print the inside face of the screen down on the surface of the printer.

The screen and slicer tab settings can be left to their defaults but you'll get better results if you make sure they match the settings in your slicer.

Entering a diameter for a square screen may be weird but because of the way OpenScad works, it lets you treat square screen shapes just like any other shape (and so you get square shapes for free).
