Replacement wheel for the upper rack slide bearing in a dishwasher.

This was printed on a Replicator 1 dual head. Initial green wheel was printed in ABS. .1mm layer, 33% fill. With a raft. Later versions printed fine without a raft.

The first ABS green florescent has been in use everyday since November.

I printed several versions in nylon. The picture is nylon on top of an ABS raft.. which surprizingly worked just fine. I hacked the gcode file to use the second printhead for the raft.
