I lost the tool for installing the rubber gasket that secures the insect net and made one is fusion instead of searching for it in shops as last time it was hard to find. Tested that will fit 4.75mm gaps that use 5.5mm rubber.

You will need a 608zz bearing (or print one if you don't have one available). The handle should press fit into the bearing and the bearing should press fit in the wheel.

This would need a fairly well calibrate printer/filament but nothing too crazy.

I used Polymer PLA but feel free to use other materials (ABS might shrink so account for that by scaling 1-2% in your slicer)

I have added some internal ribs for extra strength so feel free to use a low wall/fill number if you want to, I am pretty sure it will hold up well.
