Assembly

Assembly is very easy – just snap the top onto the lid, fill it with toothpicks, and screw on the lid.

Note: When snapping the top and lid together, it will be easiest if the dispenser holes are lined up.

Usage

Rotate top to open the hole. Tip down and shake gently.

Unscrew the lid to fill.

Printing Notes

It can be printed in any material with no support. I used a 0.20 layer height, but others may work also.

The top and lid are printed upside down and I recommend a random (not aligned) seam as an aligned seam may leave a bump that may interfere with rotation.

I printed the bottom with aligned seam as I didn’t like lots of random bumps around the outside.

Customization

The included files are set for a bottom inside height of 65mm and inside diameter of 40mm. The dispenser hole is 5mm diameter. The clearance is 0.3mm (used for threads and top to lid separation).

You may change the parameters in Fusion 360 if desired, but I think these settings will work for most toothpicks.
