Descrição
I’ve designed a small, functional wire wrap tool that can be 3D printed, making it easy to create precise wire wraps for electronics projects. The design is compact, user-friendly, and well-suited for hobbyists and professionals alike.
I made this when I was building a 3d printed hand-wired keyboard and I wanted to use wire wrapping.
Printing Instructions
• Layer Height: A layer height of 0.12-0.2mm is recommended for best results.
• Material: PLA or PETG is suitable, I used PLA
• Extrusion Width Adjustment: If you’re printing with a 0.4mm nozzle, reduce the extrusion thickness slightly. This will ensure that the fine details of the tool are captured accurately, especially in the smaller grooves and edges.
• Supports: No supports are necessary, making the print straightforward and quick, however a brim might help the model from falling over
