This design was modeled after a vintage bugle found in a thrift shop. An STL file for a mouthpiece is included, but I highly recommend buying a commercial one. A nice one can be found on Amazon for under $10.

If you print the mouthpiece, spend some time sanding it, otherwise it can be hard on the lips.

This horn was on an XL because it is 293 mm tall, and it exactly matches the dimensions of the original bugle.

Use the 'Support on build plate only' option, however the “Support Painting” option may also be necessary to kill supports that would have wrapped around inside the end of the horn and been impossible to get out. The 3MF file already has these changes made to it.

To print it on a smaller printer, you can either scale the horn and mouthpiece, or split it, then glue it together. Note that scaling it will change its pitch.

Also included is a "Bugle 4 with mouthpiece.STL file". This file allows the bugle and mouthpiece to be printed as a single unit.
