Screw adjustable hinge style door stop. Approximately 80deg (right angle style) between the door and the door trim. All parts are printed.

The screw is M8x1.25 if you want to replace with a metal screw stop or to a custom screw length. I found a 7.7mm diameter dowel then M8x1.25 cut threads created a good level of tolerance.

Print settings:

Bracket, V1.1 update: 4 walls, ≥15% infill, some 3D style infill. Positioned print with the square head facing down so the layers are laid down from the hinge pin to the square head; for strength. Previously printed it with the screw hole axis perpendicular with the build plate and hinge hole broke along the layer lines but produced better threads.

Screw: 3 walls, grid pattern infill and the head of the screw flat on the build plate. The infill with make a “+” shape up the vertical column of the screw shaft for strength.

Version 1.1+1.2 update: Smaller/tighter fitting hinge hole @ 7mm and outer diameter @ 13mm to better clear door trim. Larger body, after analyzing break in area.

Version 2: Adjustable head version. I still recommend the 1.1 version. I find the tolerances on the V2 are tight.
