I recently pull my hamstring muscle. Some years ago, I went through therapy using a device to pull and exercise that set of muscles. I could not find my original pull rope so I can now make one. It has two hand holds and one bar to place your foot. I was instructed to lie on my back and pull each leg up with this device to work these muscles. Please get advice from a therapist or doctor. I would not want anyone to hurt themselves by improperly using this.

I used general print settings. The cord holes are 5mm. I used a nail and tied a cord loop around it and put it into the slot. This is similar to a pull rope on a lawnmower. Thread through the foot section and then the other hand hold. Cut to your body length and tie off with another nail. Being white the detailing for the handles did not show clearly except one picture.
