This is an incredibly easy print that finishes quickly because the complex main patterns of the coaster is just infill! Simply set the top and bottom layers of the print to 0 to remove them, choose your infill pattern and density, and print away!

Adding a few bottom layers or printing with both top and bottom layers is advised to protect tables from excessively sweaty drink containers.

Tons of fun to print in flexible filament too. (I've made a few with NinjaTek's Chinchilla filament and they are by far my favorite ones.)

It is highly recommended to use “full” infill patterns for structural stability, such as “grid,” “triangle,” or "honeycomb." Using half patterns like “fast honeycomb” or “rectilinear” infill will leave gaps between the layers of infill.
